Waitlist Invitations

As described in Processing Event Registration Requests, open event slots are offered to eligible Waitlisted teams.

Invitation responses are due at 5:00 pm 5 calendar days from the invitation email date. For example, for invitations sent on a Friday the response is due by the following Wednesday at 5:00 pm. If the Team fails to respond by the deadline, it will be interpreted as a Decline, and the slot will be offered to the next eligible Waitlist team.

The sections below identify the dates for the 2025-2026 Season that the initial set of invitation emails will be sent out to eligible Waitlist teams. Depending on the responses, additional invitations may be sent to the next eligible Waitlisted Team(s).

Scrimmages

Initial Waitlist invitation emails are sent starting 2 weeks before the Scrimmage.
